Client Contract And Agreement: For Race Day Nutrition Plan (RDNP) services, a client will be billed once and pay once, per RDNP provided. If a client chooses to temporarily cancel or suspend their account, INPYN cannot guarantee availability of services upon their request for return and the return may be subject to any changes or revision in plan fees, as well as the potential to be placed on a wait list. Billing: Clients may choose to alter their plan for the following month period (example: Switch from Basic to Advanced). Billing will continue automatically at the new plan rate until such time as a written request is received to alter/stop billing. For billing, clients will be required to go to www.inpyn.com and establish an account with INPYN. All personal information is secure and will never be shared outside of INPYN.com. All services are non-refundable. Terms: All services are confidential in nature, personalized in scope and are not to be copied, emailed, transferred, or otherwise shared in any fashion with any person, other than the person named on this document. Failure to maintain a degree of confidentiality may result in a loss of service delivery, termination of client services, and potential legal action. All collateral information delivered to a client is considered to be the property of INPYN.com in perpetuity.
